A Letter To President-Elect Donald J. Trump

A Letter To President-Elect Donald J. Trump

A Note from MCAA President Jeff Buczkiewicz
This letter was developed and forwarded to President-elect Trump.  While we all know this year’s election was a very active and confrontational one, the MCAA is excited about what the new Administration will bring to issues we have been working on for many years.  It has already been discussed that the new Administration will likely roll back and work to revise much of the over reach the current Administration has taken particularly in it’s final months.

In particular, we have heard about the silica rule being revised, the estate tax being eliminated and a lot of other pro growth measures.  As mentioned in the letter we do stand ready to help and assist where we can with the new Administration in any capacity they may need.  We are ready to help re-build the infrastructure, help remove over reach and excessive government intrusion in our daily lives.

Dear President-Elect Trump,

On behalf of the Masonry Contractors Association of America, I would like to congratulate you and Vice-President Elect Pence on your election victory. The Mason Contractors Association of America represents the mason contractors who build America. Our members and our industry are very proud of the role we play in building the strongest and longest lasting buildings throughout our history.

We stand ready to assist you in any way we can as you work to “Make America Great Again.” One area of particular importance to our industry is the rebuilding of infrastructure. As you embark on this long needed initiative, we would be very pleased to provide input on getting the best value for dollars spent. Our industry has faced many challenges over the years and may have some unique perspective in ways our industry can assist in Making America Great Again. If there is any way we can be of service to you in your new administration, please feel free to let us know. Congratulations again and we look forward to working with you in the years ahead.

Sincerely,

Mike Sutter
