Husqvarna launched its first remote-controlled demolition robot, DXR 310, in 2009. This year, the DXR 270 and DXR 300 are ready to enter the market. The DXR 270 complements Husqvarna’s range of compact remote demolition robots, suited for both indoor and outdoor work. New outriggers provide a wider footprint, which increases stability and accommodates a greater workload. The fixed arm has a steady, rugged design, which delivers precise positioning of the tool and requires only a minimum of service. The reach is 16 feet. The machine is low in weight, 3,860 pounds, and has a short chassis, 31 inches wide.
