BLOK-FLASH Flashing Pans

Gary, Ind.

Information about the Masonry Industry

Mortar Net’s one-piece BLOK-FLASH installs swiftly atop foundation or first course, and fits all exterior block sizes. It saves labor and materials versus customary options; holds superior bond; eliminates need for multiple sizes of architectural CMU; and is useful wherever flashing is specified. A built-in “bridge” intercepts moisture falling between pans, and a sharper slope creates faster outflow. The built-in Weep Spout expels moisture away from the foundation. Made of tough, lightweight, high-density polyethylene, BLOK-FLASH’s polyester-mesh Drainage Mattes insert easily into the cores of the next course above pans to protect weep from mortar/grout droppings.
