Metabo Corporation
West Chester, Pa.

New Products for Masonry Contractors

Metabo Corporation has upgraded its entire line of angle grinders with new anti-vibration handles. The new Vibratech handle reduces vibration on the side handle by up to 60 percent compared to standard handles. The ergonomic design of the Vibratech handle eliminates the direct contact between the spindle and the grip, reducing vibration. Vibration is further diminished by an absorbent elastomer between the spindle and the grip. This significantly reduces an operator's risk of hand-arm vibration syndrome, a debilitating condition caused by vibration exposure that affects circulation, sensory and motor nerves. All past and current models can also be retrofitted with the handles, purchased separately. For more information, call (800) 638-2264, or visit www.metabousa.com.
